This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records relating to the F.I.R. dated 04.02.2017 in Crime No.20 of 2017, on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, (Crl. Side) on instruction, would submit that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2017, charge sheet has been filed and C.C. No.290 of 2017 has also been taken on file before the Judicial Magistrate-II, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Vridhachalam. Hence, there is nothing survives in this case for further adjudication.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
