W.M.P.No.32551 of 2022 in W.P.No.23678 of 2022 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer portion in W.P.No.23678 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022 in so far as the location of the shop, namely "near to Jayant Tech Park", perpendicularly opposite to the In and Out gate of Padmini Garden Street, Nandambakkam, Chennai - 600 089", instead of "near to Jayant Tech Park, opposite to Out Gate Padmini Garden Street, Nandambakkam, Chennai - 600 089"

and also to issue the amended order copy in W.P.No.23678 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to issue the amended order copy in W.P.No.23678 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022.
