A.No.5567 of 2023 in O.P.No.631 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to modify the order dated 28.06.2023 passed in A.No.3129 of 2023 in the above O.P with regard to permission given in para 4 permitting the visiting right of the applicant to visit the child Vivan on every Odd/Even calendar month of the year at Kerala and vice versa as determined by this Court pending disposal of the original petition.

2. Now, It is the contention of the learned counsel for the respondent / mother that the interim order passed by this Court shall continue and the respondent / mother will not disturb the applicant's presence as ordered by this Court.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view no modification is required. Hence, this applications stands dismissed.
