The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Petitioner counsel may be permitted to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail application as dismissed as withdrawn.."

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition with correct crime number.
