(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Instant Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to produce the body of Dilipraj @ Prabu, S/o.Lannion Raj, aged 51 years before this Court and set him at liberty. Based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.121 of 2019.

2. We have perused the status report, filed by the Investigating Officer. Despite the investigation going on, the detenue is yet to be secured. He is stated to be missing from 13/10/2019.

3. In such a view of the matter, instant Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to proceed further.
