This petition has been filed to clarify para-5 of the order dated 13.07.2022 made in W.P.o.16655 of 2012 that the committee constituted by this Court and the land acquisition officer shall fix the compensation amount in respect of the trees situated in the writ petitioner land with reference to the value of the trees as on date of the publication of 3-A Notification viz., 06.07.2010.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and hence, no further order is necessary in this petition.

Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
