This writ petition was filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.10.2022.

2.When the matter came up for admission on 02.06.2023, this Court directed the learned Standing Counsel to take instructions from the respondents on the status of the representation made by the petitioner. 3.When the matter taken taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel produced the copy of the proceedings dated 02.11.2022, wherein, the representation made by the petitioner was rejected. A copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order dated 02.11.2022, it is left open to the petitioner to agitate her rights in the manner known to law.
