Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner representation dated 08.07.2022 to allot the funds and to release the payment of compensation 1/6th share out of the compensation allotted to petitioner's father in pursuance of the land acquired comprised in Survey No.78/2B1B and 78/3B1/A2 situated at Athipattu Village, Ambattur Division, directly to petitioner.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
