This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.Not known of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 4(1)(aa), 4(1-A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that no complaint was received as against the petitioner as on date and no enquiry was pending, and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
