This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking tto call for the records connected with the F.I.R. in Crime No.839 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) on instruction submitted that after the investigation, the respondent police has closed the Crime No.839 of 2017 as "Mistake of fact" since the complaint has not proved in the investigation. Hence, there is nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
