This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to make specific endorsement in the official record of the Sub Registrar of Assurances, Sub Registrar Office, Padappai with regard to the refusal order dated 09.10.2018 in proceedings No.2/2018 passed by the Sub Registrar of Assurances, Sub Registrar Office, Padappai in respect of the lands in Survey Number 10 measuring 102 cents, survey Number 11 measuring 19 cents, survey number 12 measuring 17 cents and survey No.13 measuring 56 cents of Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2019.
