ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal passed by the Special Judge for TNPID cases at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.155 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1190 of 2019 on 20.02.2019 and consequently this Court may be to relax the condition granted by the trial Court.

2.The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody and they had filed a petition seeking for bail. The Court below had granted bail to the petitioner by imposing certain conditions. Initially, the petitioners is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. Later, it was modified to the effect that the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent police once in 15 days, to cooperate with the pending investigation and he shall not leave without the permission of the investigation officer. 3.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the investigation officer once in 15 days.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the court below is hereby relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of the month.

6.This Criminal Original Petition stands ordered accordingly.
