2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the records.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 567 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned subject to the condition that the appellants shall pay a sum of Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) as costs, to the credit of the President, Tamil Nadu Advocates Clerk Association, Madras High Court, Chennai (Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c No.484026006, IFSC Code:IDIB000M157), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission.
