ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd Respondent to consider his online application dated 28.06.2024 seeking issuance of patta in respect of her property situated in Plot No.1197 admeasuring an extent of 2142 sq.ft. comprised in Survey No.196/2 situated in Kakkalur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was allotted to her by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and sale deed executed in her favour was registered as document No.16936/2007, on the file of the SubRegistrar, Thiruvallur. The petitioner submitted an online application on 28.06.2024 seeking transfer of patta, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the 3rd Respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 3rd Respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 28.06.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and interested parties.
