This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.26197 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
