The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and closed.
