O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.As Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) who appears for R2/Inspector of Police, Tiruvallur District states that notice under Section 6B of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 was issued on 10.07.2023, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue those proceedings and to seek release, if it is so inclined, before the District Revenue Officer/R1. 3.In view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with this liberty. No costs.
