Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order dated 19.09.2019 passed in SHRC No.6340 of 2018 on the file of the fourth respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents 5 to 7 to obey and implement the orders dated 27.08.2014 passed in Letter No.8702/rh/bk.1/2014-5 and 04.01.2018 in Letter No.22133/rh/bk.1/2017-1, by the second respondent herein, by issuing the community certificates, in the manner as directed therein, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
