This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.M.P.No.14854 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11437 of 2022 dated 26.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
