a) Directing the defendants to pay the plaintiffs a sum of Rs.1,20,95,560/- [Rupees one Crore Twenty Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty only], together with interest at 18% per annum on the said sum of Rs.1,09,25,920/- [Rupees One Crore Nine Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty only] from the date of the plaint till the date of its realization; and b) directing the defendants to pay the costs of the suit. J U D G M E N T

This suit has been filed to direct the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.1,20,95,560/- [Rupees one Crore Twenty Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty only], together with interest at 18% per annum on the said sum of Rs.1,09,25,920/- [Rupees One Crore Nine Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty only] from the date of the plaint till the date of its realization and for costs. 2/4

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the defendants submitted that the suit has been settled out of Court before the Mediation Center and a Settlement Agreement executed between the parties dated 22.02.2024 has been filed before Mediation Center wherein the parties have signed in the above agreement along with their counsel. The Settlement Agreement entered between the parties before the Mediation Center has been sent to this Court.

3. Accordingly, this suit is dismissed as settled out of Court and the registry is directed to refund the Court Fee as per Law to the plaintiffs. The Settlement Agreement entered between the parties dated 22.02.2024 form part of the decree and judgment.
