The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 23.04.2022 copy of the application being submitted in person on 29.04.2022, followed by the petitioner's reminders dated 25.08.2022 and 27.10.2022 as the same being only a modification of entry in respect of the property within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made online application dated 23.04.2022 to the respondents for mutation of revenue records and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 23.04.2022 and the reminders dated 25.08.2022 and 27.10.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 23.04.2022 and the reminders dated 25.08.2022 and 27.10.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
