ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 88 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent police, on instructions, submitted that charge sheet has already been filed on 24.02.2018 before the competent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
