This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the Certified Copy of the order passed in I.A.No.2006 of 2017 in O.P.No.4090 of 2015 dated 30.08.2019 by the III Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. When the case is called out today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the Certified Copy of the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.2006 of 2017 in O.P.No.4090 of 2015 dated 30.08.2019, which has been obtained by the petitioner.

3. In view of the said development, since the Certified Copy has been obtained and that has been filed before this Court, the prayer sought for herein has become infructuous. Therefore, the non filing of the Certified Copy of the fair and decreetal order at the time of filing this revision alone has to be dispensed with and accordingly it is dispensed with, and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to take the Certified Copy now filed today on record and to proceed with numbering of the C.R.P. if it is otherwise in order. 18-11-2019 http://www.judis.nic.in KST
