O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the sale deed for the land at Sri Venkateswara Nagar, Phase-2, situated at Survey No.175 and 178, Hosur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District bearing Plot Nos.50, 53, 146 and 152 ad-measuring an extent of 9448 sq. ft. the execution of which admitted by the petitioner, pending on the file of the second respondent in TP/137298342/2022, TP/137300850/2022, TP/137293907/2022 and TP/137302125/2022 respectively.

2. The petitioner and his vendor has presented a sale deed for registration in respect of the subject property and the necessary stamp duty was paid. However, the same was not entertained by the respondents and hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court seeking appropriate remedy.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court may direct the second respondent to entertain the document which was presented by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court direct the second respondent to entertain the petitioner's document and pass appropriate opportunity after providing opportunity to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
