The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 318(4) of BNS, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent police submitted that the petition from Commissioner of Police forwarded to the respondent police and the enquiry is pending in 5706/COP. He further submitted that if the petitioner participated in the enquiry and cooperate for the enquiry, there is no need to apprehension of arrest,

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to appear before the respondent police on receipt of summon. If the petitioner cooperate with the enquiry, the respondent police shall complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of two weeks from today. No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner unless and until any serious cognizable offence is made out. 26.08.2025 Vv To
