This petition is filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.M.N.Sumathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

The delay is 44 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition ad since there are no serious objections, the delay of 44 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
