Petitioners have come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents herein to forbear from operating the Swimming Pool at Marina and award just compensation to them on account of the death of their son, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

N.S.Balasundar, in an accident which took place on 15.04.2006. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that pursuant to the order dated 31.07.2017 passed by the Supreme Court in S.L.P.(Crl.) No.2896 of 2015, a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs only) has been paid to the petitioners as compensation.

In view of the above, as the Supreme Court has passed an order directing the 1st respondent to pay a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- as compensation to the petitioners, nothing further survives for adjudication in this matter. 4.
