Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order rejection of the 4th respondent through website vide Application No.TN-7202208031160 dated 03.08.2022 and to quash the same and further to direct the 4th respondent to issue Legal Heirship Certificate to the petitioner and her legal heirs as per the instructions issued by the Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Chepauk, Chennai in his Lr.No.RA 5 (3)/19417/2021 dated 29.09.2021.
