The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 316 and 318 of BNS in Crime No.not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)states that the complaint alleging cheating by offering a job, has been received by the respondent police and same is pending as a complaint petition in C.S.R.No.108 of 2025.

3. In view of he above said fact, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner herein is directed to participate in the enquiry on receipt of the summon. During the enquiry, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, until a serious cognizable offence is made out.
