This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in complying the order of this Court made in W.P.No.31630 of 2017 dated 24.01.2019 under the relevant Provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred an appeal in W.A.No.701 of 2022, wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay on 23.03.2022.
