This Writ Petition has been filed, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the one time settlement offer of the petitioner by giving interest benefits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and subsidy based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that, in the event, a fresh application is filed by the petitioner, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 4.The submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent is recorded. Since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Writ Petitioner is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, if the petitioner presented a fresh application, the same may be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.
