ORDER
According to the petitioner, there is a pathway to an extent of 21 cents and 30 cents in the respective Survey Nos.110/4 and 111/8 of Karipur Village adjacent to his lands and it is the only way to have access to his agricultural lands in S.No.111/5 and 111/7A. It is the grievance of the petitioner that all of sudden, the respondents closed the said pathway and started to dig a water channel contrary to the revenue records, which clearly mentioned it as pathway. Hence, he made a representation on 24.04.2019 to the respondents requesting to restore the same as pathway for public use and have an access to his agricultural lands. Finding no response on the same, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the said representation within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
