2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not have any bearing on the learned Administrator already appointed by this Court for conducting election to the subject matter Association, as directed by the Division Bench of this Court on 11.01.2016 in CRP.No.3955 of 2010. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
