This Appeal is directed against the order of grant of interim maintenance in I.A.No.111/2018 in H.M.O.P.No.926/2017 dated 20.08.2019, on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, by order dated 19.11.2019, this Court passed a conditional order directing the appellant to deposit 50% of the arrears and also to continue to pay a sum of Rs.3,750/- per month to the respondent/wife on or before 5th of every month. Even, the said conditional order has not been complied with by the appellant/petitioner.

3. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
