These petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the above appeals.
2. Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing these petitions subject to the waiver of interest for the delayed period.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions.
4. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, while listing the appeals.
