This petition has been filed under Section 29 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral reference.

Heard Mr.G.Kalyan Chand Jhabakh, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Hitendra Mehta, learned counsel for respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for applicant submitted that a case is now at the stage of the examination of the witnesses on the side of the respondent. The learned counsel further submitted that eighteen months period will be coming to an end on 20.09.2025. Hence, the present application has been filed seeking for extension of mandate. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, the mandate is extended for a further period of six months from today. It is made clear that no

further extension of time will granted.

This application is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
