ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that K.Arul (L.T.No.14086), was granted one day leave with escort to attend the sixteenth day ceremony of his son. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner confirmed the same and sought withdrawal of this writ petition.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
