O R D E R

This Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27884 of 2016 dated 11.08.2016 and direct the respondent to dispose the Appeal filed by the petitioner.

2.When the matter is called today, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. However, Mr.F.Terry Chellaraja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the time limit for filing appeal has already been expired and the order passed on 13.02.2020 by the District Collector/1 st respondent, confirming the order of the 2 nd respondent has been served upon him only now.

3.Though the order passed by the District Collector/1 st respondent, confirming the order of the 2 nd respondent has been passed on 13.02.2020, only today (15.02.2021) the same was served on the petitioner. Therefore, today (15.02.2021) is the starting point of limitation for appeal, if any filed by the petitioner.
