This petition has been filed under Section 29 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of

mandate of the Arbitral reference.

Heard Mr.Adarsh Mohandas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Dayalu, learned counsel for respondent. 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that eighteen months period came to an end on 22.01.2025 and the matter is at the stage of passing of the final award.

In view of the above, the mandate is extended for a further period of two months from today and this application is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
