Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, quashing the impugned order of Non-Selection of petitioner as indicated in the website of TRB pertaining tot he "Direct Recruitment of Assistant Professor in Government Engineering Colleges for the year 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 and consequently to direct the second and third respondents to appoint the petitioner as Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering Department in any of the Government Engineering Colleges.
