2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain intact.
