However, he seeks liberty for the applicant to raise all the contentions which have been raised in A.No.6025 of 2023 in the main suit. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle 2.Accordingly, A.No.6025 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty as sought for is granted.
