Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 14/10/2019 in BCDFGISSSV No.680 of 2019 against the petitioner husband Mr.Saravanan @ Appu male aged about 24 years son of Murugan, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu viz., Saravanan @ Appu, S/o.Murugan, aged 24 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under order of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent passed in Proceedings No.680/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 14/10/2019. Such an order is under challenge herein.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner in Proceedings No.680/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 14/10/2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4934, Home, Prohibition & Excise (X) Department, dated 29/11/2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
