Aggrieved by the order dated 15.04.2019 passed in W.P.Nos.33261 and 33262 of 2016, the State has preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.Nos.315 and 317 of 2021 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, by its Order dated 02.02.2021 in W.A.Nos.315 and 317 of 2021, has directed the petitioner not to proceed with the Contempt Petitions, which are pending before this Court.

2. In view of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in its Order dated 02.02.2021 in W.A.Nos.315 and 317 of 2021, these Contempt Petitions are closed.
