2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the complaint seems to be an exaggerated one, the same has been closed by the respondent police on 15.11.2019.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
