This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24258 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022 (i.e.) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Attur, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
