ORDER

The Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Sub Ordinate Judge, Poonamalle to dispose of the E.P.No.64 of 2017 in L.A.O.P.No.106 of 1992.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the execution petition was pending from the year 2017 without any progress and the respondents have not disbursed the compensation so far. Therefore, he wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the execution petition is pending from the year 2017 without any progress, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Ordinate Judge, Poonamalle to 2/4

dispose of the E.P.No.64 of 2017 in L.A.O.P.No.106 of 1992 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
