ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's appeal dated 23.05.2022 preferred against the order of the second respondent dated 11.11.2021 in Na.Ka.No.5/59189/2021, by which the information sought by the petitioner on petition dated 09.09.2021 under Right to Information Act relating to the appointment of one Muthammal was denied.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the information

sought for by the petitioner has been furnished by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.3/47468/2021 dated 26.02.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication and the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 06-03-2025 jai To
