ORDER

The above writ petition is filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the second respondent dated 22.05.2024, in and by which, the claim of the petitioner to purchase the magazine 'Kalvisolai' was rejected on the ground that none of its readers have recommended for purchase of the said magazine.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed that the petitioner's request has been considered by the second respondent and second respondent has intended to procure 1287 number of 'Kalvisolai' magazine for the year 01.05.2025 to 31.03.2026, by its proceedings dated 24.04.2025.

3. Considering the fact the petitioner's request has been considered by the second respondent, no further orders are required in this writ petition.
