ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the condition imposed on the petitioner/accused-3 in Crl.M.P.No.12203/2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14630/2024 dated 12.09.2024 as to deposit Rs.8 Lakhs to the credit of Crime No.352/2024

on the file of the Respondent.

2. On an earlier occasion, when the matter listed before this Court on 17.11.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and since there was no representation, it was adjourned by two weeks. Thereafter, the matter was again listed on 02.12.2025 and even on that date, there was no representation for the petitioner and again it was adjourned for a further two weeks.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping this matter with no progress.

4. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for default. 16-04-2026 SHL To:
